I'm not laying off anyone, and never would "in anticipation of the unknown". My decisions are based on facts. It costs money to operate any business. When expenses outweigh income, you either adapt or close down the business. My team of 22 years is just like family to me. I'll protect their jobs as the highest priority until more regulations and taxes force me to do otherwise. Government is more powerful than me and either promotes job growth or destroys it.
