Actually, my husband is a petroleum engineer over wells in Montana and North Dakota, including the Bakken. He has been in this profession since 1974. It really is a safe process, so much so that the EPA and others had to lie and create distortions in order to create a "negative" about it. Totally different from the mining town situations you referenced. Please do some searches on this subject. The EPA has had to back up on its claims because it became too obvious that fracking was NOT the bad thing they thought it was.

I invite you to check out http://www.forbes.com/sites/davidblackmon/2013/02/11/just-tell-the-fracking-truth/ Scientists have studied the EPA's reports and proved that the EPA did not use scientific methods of analyzing their hypothesis when they came out with their original articles. News stories about faucet water catching on fire turned out to be areas where the water ALWAYS could catch on fire because of the natural conditions around their water wells!! When the facts did not conveniently fit the liberal narrative, the news stories made the "facts" fit their agenda.

"Take it to court. A real judge would throw it out. If not appeal... " A real judge would not, because the ticket was NOT for doing 2 under the limit, it was for impeding traffic when she refused to move right. It's the law, in most states, and for good reason. Don't be a rolling road block, keep right except to pass.
